Point

●肥満細胞症は，WHO分類第5版でも独立したカテゴリーとなっている．全身性肥満細胞症（SM）では，新規病型として骨髄肥満細胞症（BMM）が追加されるとともに，診断基準が一部変更された．

●WHO分類改訂第4版の“好酸球増加症と遺伝子再構成を伴う骨髄性/リンパ性腫瘍”は，WHO分類第5版では“好酸球増加症と特定の遺伝子再構成を伴う骨髄性/リンパ性腫瘍”に変更された．新規病型として，JAK2再構成，FLT3再構成，ETV6::ABL1融合遺伝子が追加された．
