骨髄異形成腫瘍（旧 骨髄異形成症候群）

Point

●骨髄異形成症候群の名称が骨髄異形成腫瘍（MDS）に変更された．

●MDS-5q，MDS-SF3B1，MDS-biTP53といった遺伝子異常に基づく病型が新設され，従来の異形成系統数による病型は廃止された．

●低形成MDS（MDS-h）が病型分類のなかに新設され，確立されたMDSの病型として扱われるようになった．

●MDSの芽球割合に基づく分類を明確にするため，低芽球性（with low blasts：-LB）と芽球増加を伴う（with increased blasts：-IB）という用語で分類する．

●芽球増加を伴うMDS（MDS-IB）は従来のMDS-EBと同様の芽球割合で細分化されるが，骨髄の線維化を認める場合は線維化を伴うMDS（MDS-f）に分類する．

●小児MDSが芽球割合によって再編され，小児不応性血球減少症（RCC）という暫定病型が廃止された．
