Point

●B細胞優位の腫瘍様病変が新たに加えられた．

●Bリンパ芽球性白血病/リンパ腫（B-ALL）診断の基本は依然形態観察とフローサイトメトリー解析である．

●B-ALL with TCF3::HLF fusion，B-ALL with BCR::ABL1-like features，B-ALL with ETV6::RUNX1-like features，B-ALL with other defined genetic abnormalitiesが追加された．

●現行の保険診療ではB-ALLの細分類は困難である．
