Point

●病原体核酸検査の導入時には，検査に使用する試薬・機器の検証と妥当性の確認を自施設で実施することが重要である．

●内部精度管理および外部精度管理は日常の検査手順で行い，改善すべき個所を見いだし，是正しなければならない．

●要員の技能および知識を習得するための教育・研修は重要であり，継続しなければならない．
