症例1：50歳代，男性

　胸痛を主訴に緊急受診した．12誘導心電図（図1）では完全左脚ブロックを認め，Ⅰ，aVR，V₁〜V₄誘導でST上昇を，Ⅱ，Ⅲ，aVF，V₅〜V₆誘導でST低下を認めた．
