Point

●医療分野における人工知能(AI)の進展は急速であり,感染症臨床分野でも多くの研究が発表されている.

●GPTなどの言語モデルは医療分野でも高い精度を示し,診断や治療の補助に活用され始めている.

●感染症の診断補助やコンサルタントとしてのAI活用が進む一方で,適用には慎重さが求められる.

●AIの発展に伴い,感染症臨床におけるAIの活用は広がるが,信頼性と倫理的課題の解決が必要である.
