結核

Point

●結核症は産業革命，都市化とともに増加し，産業革命，都市化が落ち着くと減少傾向となるが，それが反転し増加するときにはその背景となる要因がある．

●結核菌が体に入って免疫反応を起こした状態を感染というが，感染者のうち発病して症状を有する，あるいは画像所見に異常をきたす，あるいは菌を排出する者は10％程度である．

●結核の感染の検査はインターフェロンγ遊離試験（IGRA），肺結核発病の検査は画像検査と細菌検査が主であり，臨床検査は診断に大きく関係するが，同時に，細菌検査室，病理検査室は院内感染の場ともなりうる．
